Jessie

The villainess of Pokémon, Jessie has an unmistakable hairstyle, even more than your average female Pokémon character. She is evil, but she is more or less a comic relief, along with her two Team Rocket companions, James and Meowth. She wanted to be a nice nurse like Joy, but she failed the test, so she became a Team Rocket member.
