What´s New?

Well, as all of you have noticed already, I have not uploaded a new thing in months. It has come to that point where a page must redesign itself, even a little bit, or remain forgotten forever.

The thing that keeps me going is seeing how there are visitors from many countries. Thanks to all of you.

The biggest plan for this page is a major change on the drawings. I'm gonna remove all the oldest drawings, as they do not reflect my style accurately, all of you know them already, and they aren't that good either. Besides that, Web space is always a concern. So browse thru them and save them before the year is done. In 2007 I'm gonna delete them, keep the best ones and add some others. Quality over quantity, and quality takes time.

I also have plans of learning to make Flash animations, so my renditions in the future may have a little more movement.

April 9th, 2006

Hi. Most of you must believe this was a 2005 page, since this is the first update of the year. I want to apologize to the people that have been coming back. To those who have had enough patience to wait for a new update, I ask them a little more.

I have been stuck, in one of those quicksands the real artists get into sometimes: when they do not know what to do, or they are dissatisfied with the things they are doing or they have been doing. I am struggling to get out of there, and my job does not help me either. I was promoted some months ago, and I have had more responsibilities, which translates in less spare time.

I'll have something up in the next month or so, hopefully. Please cope with me, and if you are new here, browse through my entire "archive". Thanks for coming by, and see you!

November 29th, 2005

Well, barely a day or two before December. I did not break my promise again after all! That's the bad thing with the schedules: you are prone to ignore them.

I give you now my rendition of Rei Ayanami. For the persons who visit the CG Shrines, ( almost all of you, I believe ) this drawing is not new. Enjoy, whether you have seen it or not, and see you!!

November 14th, 2005:

This day is going to see the addition of Lina Inverse in Super Deformed style. I like the background of the picture, sometimes better than the drawing itself. Thanks for the patience, once again, and see you in December.

Well, to be honest I would like to make an update before that. So it is kind of a joke to see you in December. Bye!!

October 16th, 2005: Indeed you cannot take anything for granted: I told I would be back in September, and then it was a broken promise, which is the same as a lie. I have not updated in a long time and I want to apologize. Thanks for the patience.

I am working in something different, something that will show up in the coming weeks, or perhaps in January next year, to commemorate my first birthday. For the time being, enjoy the little drawing I am adding now: a new Reiko Nagase, standing by the Victory Flag. I hope I can see you soon!!

August 28th, 2005: I have added a new character today: Asuka Langley from Neon Genesis Evangelion. It was time one of these girls made her appearance around here. Hope you like this drawing, and see you in September!

By the by, you may miss the King of Fighters section, that I removed in this update. I did it because the drawings are old now, so they look outdated, plus I haven't done any updates on them. Besides that, the page is reaching the 15 MB quota, and my newer drawings are getting bigger. I hope you understand, as I want you to have the best possible drawings I can deliver to you. :D

August 13th, 2005: At last he updated, dammit!! Yes, at last. The Pokémonth is over, so you can return and visit the page normally. Cause the visits are going down. I updated Jill Valentine, and I saw my page under Firefox. Yuck!!! I am not making an ad or anything, but you better use Explorer. That asshole doesn't even need any ads, he's just filthy rich, and he tries to build an empire. Anyway, enjoy and see you!!

July 31st, 2005: Get prepared, as it is the end of the Pokémonth! ( so soon? at last? ) Yes, I know Pokémon is a either love it/hate it kind of thing, and from my experience, those are the kind of things that are important, and valuable. Thanks to all the visitors, and to say goodbye, here I give you the last two renditions of the last character to be added: Misty!

By the way, I added a clickable index to the renditions page, so you can go directly to the franchise you like, without having to scroll down the whole page. It is getting too long!!

July 22nd, 2005: For today, we will have the lovable presence of the sweet Nurse Joy ( one of them, of course ), in a couple of bright and colorful renditions. Remember that next week the Pokémonth comes to an end, so don´t lose the final drawings of July. Thanks.

July 15th, 2005: The Pokémonth continues, and now that we are in the middle of the month, it is time for the TEAM ROCKET to make a graceful appearance!! Well, at least Jessie will show up!

July 1st, 2005: I love to fulfill my promises ;) , so Pokémonth, I choose you! I am starting with May, as she is the starring girl of Pokémon Advanced. Now I know some of you ( or many, who knows? ) don´t like Pokémon, yet you can check out the drawings, as you may see pictures you like ( I have seen beautiful pics of characters I hate ), plus I´ll be focusing on the female trainers. Some Pokémon may join them in some pictures.

As you may remember, some months ago (April 15th) I uploaded a link to "We all live in a Pokémon World", a page that explains the games and series to persons that believe only the rumors and the things the media has to say, rarely pleasant things. You can go to the links section and check it out, particularly the persons that don´t like the little Pocket Monsters. You may realize that there is more than meets the eye ;) Thanks everyone and hope you enjoy my July!!

June 22nd, 2005: Three things: One, check the mail section, as I updated it with a special announcement. Some funny idiot has sent messages with viruses to me, and the sender is always a fake @ticomic.com address. Please go to the mail section and read the note, or at least read the one from the June 18th update. Thanks. Two, next update starts the Pokémonth, so please all Pokémon lovers come by. And if you are not one, you can come, as there will be something for you, something you might like ;) And three, I updated Ayane today. Thanks!

June 18th, 2005: I just received a mail from "info@ticomic.com", talking about an e-mail account that expired, and sending a zip with "information" to reactivate my account. Of course, the "info@ticomic.com" address does NOT exist ( I own the domain and create the accounts ), so if EVER you receive a mail that is NOT a reply to something you wrote to me, then please TRASH IT. I NEVER send spam, nor attachments, nor anything. I am completely against spam and viruses. Now on to business. Thanks to everyone.

The update for today goes for my original character, Misora. As the girl in the middle of the banner, she has a lot of responsibility in here!!

Now, if we remember the last week, I said there would be a Special Month in July. If you don´t remember, well, just scroll down to the next paragraph ;) I´m gonna give you an unmistakable hint: it is going to be a Pokémonth. Here, now you know it!

June 11th, 2005: Updated Tiger. And in my usual flash news, the next month ( July ) is gonna be a Special Month. If you saw the Slayers Special Month ( April 2005 ), and I hope you did ;) , well. you have an idea of what to wait in 20 days from now. More info next update!!

June 4th, 2005: This update is something special, as I am adding Wallpapers! The lucky girl is the one and only Reiko Nagase. You can find it ( just one for now ) in her gallery. Available in two sizes.

May 29th, 2005: Sorry if I slipped the update a day or two, but I´ll tell you something: I just got a job ( not drawing, of course ), and I´ll be able to update on Sundays, rather than Fridays, like I used too. Contrary to popular belief, we artists need to eat, and we artists can work too!!

Oh, yeah, I updated Luchs ;) And yes, updates will still be weekly. Thanks for stopping by and see you in June!

May 20th, 2005: Added a new original character: Cattleya Skinneri. Take a look and tell me what you think, please? ;D

May 13th, 2005: Today is Friday, but it is not a bad luck day. It cannot be if I updated ;) Besides that, I am adding the last of the Saber Marionettes, the tan skinned Marine!

April 30th, 2005: Added Sylphiel, so that means the Special Slayers Month comes to an end ( that, and the fact that April only has 30 days ;) ). Hope you enjoyed it, and stay tuned, as in a couple of months another Special Month will arrive. Thanks to everyone!!

As the grand finale to this activity, I am adding a link to Mazoku.org, a Slayers collective, with in-depth sites about each and every character of the series. Definitely a lot to be seen!

In all seriousness, today begins the Special Slayers month! The girl that kindly introduces www.ticomic.com to the Slayers Planet is Amelia, the sweet princess of Saillune. Expect a new character every weekend of April!

March 25th, 2005: Updated Cherry. Remember that next update marks the beginning of my Special Slayers Month. One full month dedicated to the girls of this popular anime/manga. Please drop by, and tell the Slayers fans the good news ;) Thanks!

March 18th, 2005: Added Jill Valentine from Resident Evil ( or Bio Hazard, as this game is called in Japan )

March 11th, 2005: Updated Panther. Now I have the two versions of Panther, as promised :)

February 11th, 2005: Updated Bloodberry, added a new link: Nathan R Rork´s Homepage. I knew his works in the CG Shrines, and we made a link trade. Go take a look!

February 4th, 2005: Added Kasumi from Dead or Alive.

January 30th, 2005: Added Lime from Saber Marionettes. I guess now SM fans will not send me hate mails or bombs, as Lime was the last of the main characters I added :) But I have to be thankful, as they did not. This is the last update of the month.

January 22nd, 2005: Added Cherry from Saber Marionettes. Updated Ayane. Changed the main banner. Also changed my links banners. Thanks to the people that remember the old ones, as they visit the site :)

January 17th, 2005: Added two new links: Bob Dylan´s and Wagner´s ( yet only one of them is a famous musician ;) Also added Panther, and updated Luchs and Tiger. So now we have all the Saber Dolls! Finally, added a website counter, so if you see only a couple of hits.... then please come back, as often as you can! And tell your friends, and link me, etc. ;D

When Renditions Man took over the management of the site, many things changed. If you remember the old site, you are a very lucky person indeed, although you are luckier now, as the site looks way much better than before.
