APRONAD
is a non government organization that promotes strategies of sustainable local
development, the creation of new employment sources and the generation of revenues, by
means of the localization of alternative novel and profitable of investment for the urban
and rural communities.
The projects are developed in Panama and Central America. In Panama the initiatives are
located mainly in the Cuenca Watershed of the Channel of Panama, the Central Counties
(Veraguas and Coclé), Chiriquí and Mouths of the Bull and the District Kuna Yala.
The vision of APRONAD is to become the year 2.005, in an NGO leader in Panama and Central
America, for its capacity to design and to execute projects concerted for a local
sustainable development, with gender focus.
The mission of APRONAD is to consolidate like an association without ends of lucre,
organized in a democratic way, participative and solidary whose purpose is to promote a
better quality of life for the Panamanian and Central American population.
